Biography
Marco Sarcone was born in Angera (VA) on 23/10/1995.In 2012, at the age of 16, after experiencing a serious period of anorexia in which he ate only two meals a day in miserable quantities, he joined a gym with the help of his family. As time went on, she realised that this was her path. In 2016 he opened his own YouTube channel where he still has over 70,000 followers, achieving incredible numbers and results, showing in a simple and direct way his lifestyle based on work and bodybuilding. In 2017 he graduated from the technical institute of Gallarate as an electrical engineer.The year 2020 was the turning point in his athletic career as in July he decided to compete for the first time in Perugia, winning first place in the BB Xshort category followed by the absolute victory in the bodybuilding category (WABBA).After 2 weeks he competed in Caserta on 8 August at The Athlete's Day, winning first place in the Bodybuilding category up to 70kg.On 20 September in San Marino in the IFBB federation he won 2 golds in the Classic 70kg and Bodybuilding 70kg categories and a bronze in the CLASSIC Novice category.In 2021 he took part in the competition " TROFEO IL GLADIATORE " held on September 5 in Rome (IFBB), winning 2 golds in the categories Men's BB up to 85kg and Men's Novice BB and the OVERALL. On 25 September, he came close to winning the Pro Card by finishing 2nd at the Olympia Amateur Pro Qualifier in Milan in the Classic Physique A category. This year his main goal is to finally get the Pro Card to become a full-fledged professional athlete.
Marco's training is based on a split of 6 days a week.
Divided as follows:
- Monday: Back
- Tuesday: Chest and Biceps
- Wednesday: Legs and calves
- Thursday: shoulders and triceps
- Friday: Back
- Saturday: hamstrings and buttocks
His diet follows the classic bodybuilding line, where the main foods are: Red meat, Cod, Chicken, eggs, Rice and green vegetables, mainly courgette or asparagus.
In the mass phase, the total daily kcal he can reach is around 4000/4500kcal.
During the preparation phase (low-calorie phase), the diet is managed day by day under the supervision of his trainer Roberto Buonomo.
