Biography

I have a solid academic background, having obtained a diploma in classical studies followed by a degree in Law. My coaching career, which spans almost two decades, is rich in experiences with students who include eminent personalities from the world of entertainment, television and Olympic champions in various sports.
My entry into the world of sport came through classical dance, with a professional career at the National Dance Academy. The turning point came with bodybuilding, a discipline that not only allowed me to win the battle against anorexia, but also revealed how fundamental sport is for psychophysical well-being. At just 21 years old, I won my first world title in the "Physique" category (formerly known as "Soft bodybuilding"), setting a record as the youngest world champion in my category.
My notoriety led me to participate in various television programs with a large following, including "La vita in diretta", "Happy Sunday", "You've Got Mail", "I soliti ignoti" and "Ciao Darwin".
Currently, as an IFBB PRO professional, I am committed to demonstrating how it is possible to combine muscles and femininity. I fight for a bodybuilding that is elitist and ethical, accessible only to genetically gifted athletes and based on a rigorous diet and training. These principles are the basis of Team MuscleBarbie, which I founded not only for competitions, but to promote an ideal of health and femininity among women and girls of all ages.
I collaborate with Yamamoto® Nutrition as a testimonial, where I continue to promote the ideals of health, well-being and sporting excellence. My life and career are testaments to how determination, education and passion can turn personal challenges into publicly celebrated successes.

In the offseason: on average 3 sessions per week of approximately 45 minutes with allocation of muscle groups depending on the priorities of the moment.

Leg extension: 2x10 plus a series of 3 angle variations of 5-5-5 with hold for maximum isometric TUT

Squat: 1x10/12 2" negative in superset with lunges for 10 steps
1 x maximum reps 4” negative in superset with lunges for 10 steps
1x10 4” positive superset with lunges for 10 steps
1 x12 squat feet together 2" positive plus 2" negative

Inclined press: 5x8 (30”) plus final drop set

Abductor plus adductor machine 4x15+15(45”)

Diet

How is the diet in the offseason and in the precontest?

Offseason: I consume 4000 kcal daily distributed over 7 meals, with the addition of 2 weekly cheat meals to maintain muscle mass and satisfy cravings without compromising the diet.
Precontest: I reduce calories and eliminate cheat meals to build muscle. Carbohydrates and fats remain present to support energy and organic functionality, always integrated with Yamamoto® supplements, essential for recovery and performance.
This structuring of nutrition and training allows me to achieve and maintain a competitive physique, illustrating my commitment to both elitist and ethical bodybuilding.
