Frequent doubts
Can I use PerformancePRO as a meal replacement? PerformancePRO contains approximately 200kCal per bar and an impressive 22g of high biological value protein. Although it contains a few grams of fat and carbohydrates, it is not intended as a meal replacement, but it is definitely a high-quality, satiating snack.
Is it better to use PerformancePRO as a pre-workout or post-workout snack? Being made up of whey protein, PerformancePRO needs at least 1 hour to be fully digested. It can therefore be used as a pre-workout snack if you pay attention to digestion (so about 1 hour before training!). We recommend using PerformancePRO preferably post-workout, in order to supply the muscle unit with plastic material and support recovery processes.
