Description
What is UltraWHEY WPC S Evo?
Ultra WHEY WPC S Evo is the 100% concentrated whey protein, with very high biological value and instant solubility, enriched with Bacillus spores to ensure maximum nutrient assimilation and vitamin B6, to support energy metabolism.
The production, which occurs through micro and ultrafiltration processes, allows to obtain a Whey with a ’high protein value (70-85%).
Ultra WHEY WPC S Evo naturally contains all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids, and several compounds characteristic only of this type of protein. In fact, WPCs (Whey Protein Concentrates) contain much higher levels of growth factors, phospholipids, bioactive lipids and often also of immunoglobulins and lactoferrin. They are proteins with rapid absorption and good digestive speed (45 minutes – 1 hour): this characteristic makes them versatile in use.
How to use UltraWHEY WPC S Evo Protein?
Ultra WHEY WPC S Evo is a protein that can be used to enrich breakfasts, snacks and snacks, has a excellent taste and is found to have a good satiating power.
Protein powders can be used to meet daily protein needs, both for athletes who require high protein requirements and for sedentary people who want to enrich snacks and breakfasts.
Proteins, in fact, contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Within the body, the protein component has a plastic function (i.e., it participates in tissue repair and construction), constitutes hormones and enzymes, acts as a transporter, and participates, in the form of antibodies, in immune activities.
Furthermore, maintaining a correct protein intake helps reduce muscle catabolism, the process of muscle tissue destruction that can occur due to a lack of sufficient nutrients to cover the body's needs.
But why choose a concentrated whey protein?
WPCs have a complete amino acid profile of EAA and BCAA and high levels of Valine, Isoleucine, and Leucine, significantly lower in plant-based proteins. The total amount of essential (and non-essential) amino acids is also greater in concentrated whey protein than in protein obtained from other sources.

What distinguishes Ultra WHEY WPC S Evo from other concentrated whey proteins?
The formula of Ultra WHEY WPC S Evo, in addition to being made up of 100% concentrated whey proteins of the highest quality, is enriched by the presence of lactase and vitamin B6.
Vitamin B6 supports normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue: it is therefore particularly useful for people who practice sports.
lactase is an enzyme naturally present in the body that plays a key role in the digestion of lactose, the sugar naturally contained in milk and its derivatives. Those who produce insufficient amounts of this enzyme may experience digestive disorders after consuming dairy products. Lactase supplementation* helps compensate for this deficiency, supporting more comfortable digestion.
Ultra WHEY WPC S Evo is a concentrated whey protein of the highest quality, naturally gluten-free and with a great formula to support protein needs, but which does not overshadow taste. The delicious flavor and creamy texture make it a protein suitable for all palates.

Frequently asked questions
Can UltraWHEY WPC S Evo be cooked or used in the preparation of desserts or baked goods without altering its nutritional values?
Just as it is possible to cook meat and eggs (other protein sources), it is possible to heat UltraWHEY WPC S Evo in the microwave or cook it in a frying pan without altering its nutritional values. Cooking at temperatures above 60 degrees causes protein denaturation: this results in a structural change but does not affect the product’s nutritional values. It is therefore considered safe to both cook and heat it. Please note, however, that as it contains lactase, which is heat-sensitive, it is best to avoid exposing the protein powder to high temperatures.
Can I dissolve UltraWHEY WPC S Evo in a liquid other than water?
Certainly: please note, however, that in this case the nutritional values of UltraWHEY WPC S Evo will be added to those of the chosen drink.
